Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance is a plan that’s available for Cadillac models that were manufactured for the following model years: 

• 2011-2016 
• 2017
• 2018
• 2019 
• 2020

All Cadillacs from 2019 and 2020 come with Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance. It’s worth noting that this plan isn’t offered for 2021 and 2022 model-year Cadillacs. The Cadillac Premium Care maintenance plan offers a lot of crucial services needed at minimal or no cost to you. Be sure to check your vehicle’s owner’s manual to find out the specific maintenance schedule of your model and bring it in to our service center at the appropriate times to have those services covered under this plan. Services include:

• Cadillac First Maintenance Visit
• Oil and Filter Change
• Tire Rotation
• Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection
• Warranty Coverage – 4-Year/50,000-Mile Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty and 6-Year/70,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty
• Additional Protection – 6-Year/70,000-Mile Roadside Assistance and 6-Year/70,000-Mile Courtesy Transportation

Additional Cadillac Care

The Cadillac Powertrain Limited Warranty is fully transferable and requires no deductible. If you need repairs due to a defect in your engine, transmission, or drive systems in the first six years or 70,000 miles, you’ll be covered. This is a huge part of the above coverage. If you’re in need of additional coverage, or would feel safer with it, here are a few options:

• Pre-Paid Maintenance – This optional coverage includes oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs.
• Pre-Paid Maintenance Plus – This covers recommended maintenance such as replacing air filters, cabin air filters, transmission and transfer fluid changes, spark plugs, and more.
