For as long as I can remember, I have always had a great deal of passion for cars. I was fortunate enough to grow up around dealerships and that proved to be a fun childhood! I was able to learn how stores should operate and how our guests should be treated “the right way”. I was born in Denver and am thrilled to be back to my roots. After growing up in Arizona, I decided to venture out and learn how to live on my own, applying to schools out of state. I was accepted to Pepperdine University and earned my bachelor degree in Business Communications. I credit a lot of my early success to Pepperdine; I ended up staying in California after I graduated and applied what I had learned at school to the automotive industry. I worked through many management positions within a dealership and received great experience at some of the top preforming stores in the country. Having the car business in my blood from both sides of the family has instilled in me a genuine passion for this industry. I have had some great mentors throughout my life and am excited to take what I have learned and apply it to my career. I am privileged to be the General Manager and partner of such a fabulous Cadillac store in such an incredible community. I truly believe I can bring a different look to the car business, with a different mindset of how to do business. My very first priority is always you, our guest. I have no doubt that we will be a true success story – John Elway Cadillac of Park Meadows is headed to the top!

Exemplifying the power of perseverance, I have achieved remarkable success as a General Manager and Partner. Graduating with honors, I excelled as a student athlete, earning a four-year letterman status in baseball. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, I now lead our dealership as the General Manager and proud partner. Our exceptional teamwork has earned us the Dealer of the Year and Master Dealer of the Year awards from Cadillac multiple times. Beyond work, I am passionate about mentoring and making a positive impact. It is an honor to serve in this role, dedicated to providing an outstanding automotive experience.

Ron is our new cars sales manager and comes with a multitude of experience in the auto industry. For 25 years, Ron owned and operated Goodman Buick GMC Nissan and has been perfecting the craft of car sales for more than four decades! He has earned the GMC Truck 5 Star General Elite Select 60 from Buick. Ron is also a founding member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Cars Helping Kids program, which takes vehicle donations to raise funds for the organization. When he’s not teaching our sales staff how it’s done, you’ll find Ron enjoying some laughter and golf. Those two things usually go hand in hand for him!
