Had a blinking check engine light with multiple error codes that local garages could not resolve. Elway had me back on the road in a few days. Added some nice-to-have issues resolved too. Staff was polite and professional.
Only suggestion would be when someone lets you know ahead of time they are looking at a specific car, give it a quick wash beforehand so we can see the beautiful color of the paint in the sunshine.
We had a very enjoyable experience purchasing an XT4 Cadillac at the Park Meadows location. Loren, our sales person, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Austin, similarly, helped us complete the purchase in a timely fashion. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase, or the staff we encountered!

I have been a customer of John Elway Cadillac for years. The customer is always first, the services is excellent, and I am never overcharged.
The dealership is not taking responsibility for repairs needed on the used car I bought. They knew that the suspension system needs repair. They put as little into repairing it. The service department is great. There was some difficulty finding the parts The dealership limited what the service department could do The car is unsafe to drive. I’m hoping that the sales department will do the right thing. It seems like they are waiting out the 60 day period in the contract They should either fix the car or return the $10 .000. My experience with the service department was a mix of positives and frustrations. We had to bring our Cadillac Escalade in multiple times for the same issue before it was finally addressed, which was inconvenient. We were also surprised by some additional charges for items like a battery and other parts that we thought might be covered under warranty. More transparency about potential costs upfront would have been appreciated.

Took my car into John Elway Cadillac for a slow oil leak and had a great experience. The team was thorough, found the issue, and also caught a couple of hoses that needed to be replaced that I didn’t even know about. I appreciate them being proactive and taking care of it the right way. Hoping the leak is fully resolved, but I’m confident they did solid work. Thanks to the whole team for the great service.

Our XT6 Cadillac needed a repair of ceramic coating that was damaged by an accident. We worked with Austin R in finance and our collision repair shop to have this done, Austin took care of us extremely fast and made sure our car was done correctly. He went up and beyond what we expected and we were so pleased.

I bought a used car. The suspension is in need of repair They replaced one strut. I question why only one. That didn’t fix the problem. It’s been at their shop for 4 days. There hasn’t been an update and I can’t connect with them I have tried calling and texting all the numbers I can find. I’m very frustrated.would I get better service if I bought a new car?

Great experience wirh Elway Cadillac in Lone Tree. Trevor and Nick on the sales team were absolutely professionals and very helpful, even driving my new car home for me (since I had driven there alone). Chad the manager was great, and Eric in finance helped me out with an extended warranty at a discount. I would work with them again. I woukd say this was the best experience buying a car that I have ever had.

The only thing I do not like is the phone system that is currently being used. You call for an appointment you have to leave a message and no one ever calls you back.

Took my 70k mile 2008 DTS too three shops claiming to be excellent. None could get it running. Spent $1400 with zero results after loading on and off trailer. Remember these guys all know and speak Cadillac. Broken hearted I bit the bullet and took it to the dealer, Elway Cadillac.
