I came in just to test drive a car that I've seen online without really being motivated to buy, but I drove the vehicle home due to great customer care. Dante helped a lot throughout the selling process on my car, gave me a fair offer and made the process a speedy one.
Booked an appointment, received a quote on time and price. Advisor made some recommendations on the priority of the repairs needed and some to wait on. Drop off was easy and quick. The car was ready in the time frame quoted. The work was done correctly. Pick up and payment was smooth. Nothing more I could have asked for!! Will definitely return.

It's just a service center, but they do their jobs and don't cause headaches or issues. Not many service centers exist that have customers who can say that! I've been other places where they don't take their time to pay attention to small details like re-setting the oil change monitor, or making sure the tpms system shows the air on the correct tire. Didn't leave my car inside like I requested. Car had rain spots all over it. Car was less clean then when it was dropped it off on all 3 occasions inside and out. Didn't test drive car after repairs the 1st and 2nd time to make sure check engine light didnt return. Had attitude and was untrustworthy. Acted like he could care less about my car or requests.
They take walk-ins before appointments. We had one and we had one it was completely ignored.
The service department did a pre-purchase inspection. It was quick, easy, and informative. Everyone I dealt with was kind and friendly.

In reference to Nick Stockton, if I had a problem, he was diligent at getting it taken care of. I did have a part malfunction in the car and they did order it. My only gripe was no one notified me that the part was in so I could bring the car down but they did get it installed got everything taken care of and it's working just wonderful.
To say that I am disappointed with my experience at John Elway Cadillac would be an understatement. I live in West Virginia, which is quite a distance from the dealership. She was very tech savvy and we are Gen X so her patients was top tier with guiding us on our 2026 electric vehicle. Looked at so many vehicles and found the perfect one that wasn't even on my list!
