My experience with this dealership was disappointing, especially considering this was a significant purchase.
From the beginning, I felt the pricing was misleading and was not as straightforward as it should have been. Once we finally agreed on the deal, I signed all of the paperwork and sent the dealership a $20,000 down payment. At that point, I expected the rest of the transaction, particularly delivery, to go smoothly.

I had a great experience in a not-so-great situation! My car broke down on my way to Denver, and I was able to limp it to the Cadillac service center and leave it overnight. Even though they were already closed, a gentleman who happened to still be there went out of his way to help me and even let me wait inside while I waited for my Uber.

Dan and his team were communicative thru the repair process. They fixed my car within a reasonable amount of time, i was surprised by how quickly it got done!

I already responded. Easy to schedule, able to get in quickly. Work completed well. But your online system needs improvement.
The Service Advisor was honest and communicated well plus gave me information that saved me money although took away a job from them.

Nick provided great support and worked well with us on the purchase of a used vehicle. He truly went the extra mile to get the trade worked. Since we were paying cash, finance was nothing but a sales pitch for additional insurance. Understand this is part of their business model but it's not necessary to tell me how bad my insurance company is to promote your product. Overall, a pleasant dealership to do business with.
I've been coming to John Elway Cadillac for my Cadillac SRX since 2014. It's always been a great experience. Purchasing a used vehicle last week was a good experience as well. Nick contacted me when a car came in he thought I'd like. Which I did. He and Ephi were both wonderful to work with through the process. Austin in financing was also extremely nice.
They made the best of a bad situation and worked through it as quickly as they could and returned my car to service.

I had a great experience. I brought my 2023 XT5 with 23,000 miles on it in to service for a battery issue. They found the problem and got me a rental vehicle while they fixed the problem. They found several issues that were covered under warranty related to the battery and fixed everything. I haven’t had any more issues since. Josh, Dan, and Tim were great and I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for service.
