Pre-Paid Maintenance. An unprecedented vehicle should have unparalleled service.
PRE-PAID MAINTENANCE PLUS
The optional Cadillac Pre-Paid Maintenance Plus Agreement is based on a set of
manufacturer’s recommended maintenance items, which may include air filters, cabin air filters, transmission and transfer case build changes, and spark plugs.
TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to sell your covered vehicle, you can easily transfer your agreement to the
new owner upon payment of any applicable transfer fee and completion of paperwork. You can also cancel your agreement at any time. If you cancel your agreement within the first 60 days without any maintenance services redeemed, your purchase is fully refundable. If you cancel after 60 days or if any maintenance services have been redeemed, you will receive a pro rata refund, less any maintenance services redeemed and any applicable cancellation fee.
CUSTOMIZABLE
We offer Pre-Paid Maintenance in conjunction with your vehicle’s Oil Life Monitoring
System. We realized different driving styles may require more frequent maintenance. Therefore, various terms and mileage options are available.
CONVENIENT
While we encourage returning to the dealer where you originally purchased your
vehicle, you will be reimbursed for covered maintenance services performed at any GM dealership. You’ll be able to keep track of any service performed, including mileage and the number of services available to be used, in the Vehicle Maintenance Services Checklist of your Pre-Paid Maintenance Agreement.
NO DEDUCTIBLE
If you purchase a Pre-Paid Maintenance Agreement, maintenance performed that is
part of your agreement will be completed at no cost to you. This includes ACDelco or Genuine GM Parts and labor associated with any maintenance covered under your selected agreement.
EXCLUSIONS*
• Maintenance series are not performed by a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC
or Cadillac dealer
• Any improvements or upgrades of any kind made to the vehicle
• Maintenance services in excess of those provided by the Pre-Paid Maintenance Agreement
• Any item not listed under the Maintenance Package

FLEXIBLE
Pre-Paid Maintenance and Pre-Paid Maintenance Plus are available for your new,
used, or leased Cadillac vehicle.
