VEHICLE PICK-UP
In order to provide you with the best possible experience, we do ask that if you choose to use the concierge program that you understand the following:
If you are located within a 100 mile radius of John Elway Cadillac of Park Meadows, we will pick-up and deliver your vehicle at no cost to you.
Because pick-up and delivery does require some scheduling we do ask that you call and make your appointment at least 4-7 days in advance.
Please let us know if you will be needing a loaner vehicle when scheduling your appointment.
*Due to the popularity of the program you may need to schedule your appointment more than 7 days in advance to ensure loaner car availability.
If you do not live nearby we can come to you within 100 miles, but there will be a convenience charge of $50.
NEED A LOANER VEHICLE?
If you will be needing a loaner vehicle at the time of pick-up, please let us know at the time you schedule your appointment. When we arrive to pick-up your vehicle you will need to have the following in order to receive your loaner vehicle. Due to Colorado Law there will be no exceptions.
Photocopy of driver's license
Photocopy of valid insurance
Any major credit card
All guests must be at least 25 years old and have insurance coverage that will cover you in a replacement rental. The names on the driver's license, insurance card, and credit card must match. Signatures agreeing to the loaner terms and conditions must be obtained prior to receiving your loaner vehicle.
**A daily rental rate of $250.00 will apply if any loaner vehicle is not returned within 24 hours of your vehicle being completed.
***Smoking and Pets are not allowed in the loaner vehicles. A $275.00 detailing fee will be charged upon return.
DON'T FORGET TO FUEL UP!
Please make sure that your vehicle has enough fuel to travel to the dealership and back. The dealership will pay the fuel costs in the loaner vehicle for travel to and from the dealership. We ask that you replace any fuel used in the loaner vehicle. We charge for any fuel that has to be added to your vehicle or if the loaner vehicle is returned with less fuel than when you received it. A charge of $15 per 1/8th will be applied as needed for the loaner vehicle.
